My seat looks like this now. I fixed up my brakes so they are nice and snappy, and fixed the 2nd flat in a week.

Got my new wheel built up and went for a short ride, went home early due to a flat. Installer error, I'm too dumb to check my rim strip.

Put on a Sunday Freeze stem and some Chase Hawk grips. Having the front end taller makes manuals so much easier.

Serviced the headset, brakes and freecoaster. Kind of embarrassed at how long it's been since I touched any of that stuff.
