I don't know if anybody will remember but it was like fifteen years  when him, and I think it was Kyle Stark were, "zinging" everybody. He took a random picture of two guys laughing on a patio and just added "and then I replied zing!" It was just the funniest shit I ever saw. This place was such an amazing community when I was a teenager. I had such an amazing time here. From the lounge with everybody, to the bike shop with all the great advice and involved companies, and so many quality videos all the time. I just figured I'd share.

just back then they were known as jokes and were less of a "recurring template" (i.e. memonic) nature, but they were memes nonetheless


also, even back in the days of IRC chatrooms, ICQ etc, memes already existed tho they were mostly in text form
