Shadow BTR hub

I just picked up a bike with a Shadow BTR LHD rear hub on it. Does anybody know if this hub can be switched to RHD? Thanks.

Does it say SDS on the driver? Is there a C clip holding the teeth into the hub?

I haven't taken the wheel off of really looked at it yet. I'll take a look at it today.

Prodigal Son:
Pretty sure they are not. I have a 1st gen that def isn't.
