What shoes are you riding in?
TerribleAtreyu:
Been riding some Nike Ishod Wair Dunks (less padded than og dunks) for a couple of months now, which have been great. I really like the support and it looks like the thread on the sole is going to last a while too. Probably getting them again when these die, half a size bigger cause they were a little tight the first week or two.
Also got some adidas Suciu ADVs that need some more breaking in before I can ride in those. Best stock insole I've ever got, it's thick and squishy and has some kind of ridges on top that basically stick to your socks. I'm really hyped on the asymmetrical collar which is higher on the inside of your foot where your crank arm would hit.
badlight:
I dont normally get too psyched for shoes but those Nikes are tiiiiiiiiight.
LDY:
I used to wear Adidas ZX, then tried their Gazelle, also Flux… Frankly speaking they all are comfortable, but each one has its pros and cons. I decided to try smth. more intresting and ordered a pair of Venzo Shimano SPD Shoes. Just in case you haven't heard about them:
At first blush they looked a bit tough, though I have found them in white colour and was very satisfied. Real bike cycling shoes, quick-drying, highly breathable unlike Adidas ZX, which I had to dry for several days! IMHO they are cool, you should also try…maybe not this very model, but something similar.
randwvlf:
All black Vans skate highs, Padded Converse high tops, and Nike Koston 2's. I like to have multiple pears to cycle through.
Also gotta match shoes with fits.
paranoidmexican:
Vans sk8 hi with American flag/bald eagle design. I have arch support/diabetic insoles and it's fantastic
