2016 T1 Barcode "sand" in tubes?

make a small hole where either the top or down tube connect to the head tube or bottom bracket, squirt in some some type of glue.... problem solved...

Nah, you can hear this shit. Not a T1, but one of my frames has this problem but I can't be assed fixing it.

If you have a hole in the tube fill it with expanding foam.

Brutal, especially after waiting that long. Hope mine is alright when and if it shows up.

Shame, but really there's a large possibility that it's just slag from a weld that broke off.
