You can get a 22" in the back end of some 20"s that have long dropout slots.  See these:

Of course, it's much better to have a frame and fork designed for 22"s.

There's a new Deuce Deuce as well.. a little MacNeil revival? Bars and other stuff too.

Would love to try a 22". There really aren't many completes are there? One I went to off a guide had their website gone haha.
