when it was new, I would go as snug as possible, then back it off a quarter turn.  I also checked it really quick before I rode.  It would stick a bit if I didn't back it off.

Now that its warn in a bit, I he-man that shit.  Smooth as buttah.

One of my 'master' pins wont take anything more than the very tip of my 3mm allen key. The rest are fine, the hex on that one is just slightly under sized I guess.

I've just done it up as tight I am come comfortable with. One of mine it the same as badlight. The 3 mil nearly goes in.
