Left shoulder is fucked. I've got physiotherapy sessions a couple times a month and I'm waiting for MRI results, they'll then decide if I'm having surgery.

Allah:
Knees.

bluebmx:
torn pcl and some level of meniscus damage, MRI to find out soon. Riding with a brace and going well with that so far.

Cut my knuckle on a piece of paper. Only cried for 2 mins this time.
