Honestly, it's nothing new. Thrust bearing behind the clutch, bushing driver setup. I'm trying to make it happen while recording all the part numbers to make the bushing driver work and have someone else be able to duplicate it.

nice. ill keep following you on that bushing setup. ive had some success with a bushing/needle bearing setup before but that was in a chosen hub that has 3 of those little bearings. im going to work on getting that setup going on my federal too which has just shit the bed so it would be interesting to compare. what material do you use for the bushings?

Spev:
My little contribution.
This is a Affix/KHE style coaster I machined down.
I turned down the non drive side flange and re-drilled the holes.
I femaled the axle and extended the thread in the non drive side so the thicker cone nut can be replaced by a thinner one giving more room for a hub guard. I also made a narrower non drive cone to give more room as well.
It has a thrust bearing behind the clutch, and I've been looking into bushings for the driver.
The lower shots have older B6 ti bolts.

Bunky:
Looks really good!

Stoked:
Nice work.  Tidy as fu*k
