boneskid1:
looking at upgrading the wheels on my current steed, but i cannot decide if i should buy a complete set of wheels or have a set custom built. and if i go the custom route what would be the most ideal rims and hubs to put in the build?
currently the bike is running on some Alex Supra2's, stock 48h haro hubs with sealed 14mm axles.
they are bombproof, but at the same time combined they weigh almost as much as my second bike.
Thanks ahead of time,
Boneskid1

This is the bike, http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/haro/37204 I am not on my pc right now so I cannot link my pics.

Admiral Ackbar:
unless your real picky about your setup id just buy pre built wheels. not much difference in cost and its less hassle.

also check the classifieds on here, I've seen some good deals on single wheels lately

For sure. These are a good deal.

Unless you know the wheel builder and trust them, just get pre-built wheels.

boneskid1:
I was going to have them built through Dan's. That g-sport set is looking good. Might consider them
