Quick Questions
Deathreceiver:
Yeah...
I will try to ride anyway, hope it dont break :P
Rusty:
I am going to be painting my frame soon. Currently my frame is raw and has surface rust, no clear coat. Just wondering the best way to remove this and prep it for paint. I was thinking I'd use steel wool and WD40, but I feel that may effect the way the paint adheres to the frame.
mrjimyjohn:
WD40 should be fine, but I'd wash the frame off with paint thinner when you're done. Let that dry, then paint it.
Gary:
Id leave the WD-40 out of it. get some sandpaper or used a rustpaint based primer. Adding wd is just not worth the chance of orange peel by missing some in prep and have it affecting the paint.

Yeah I was thinking a fine sandpaper.
