Quick Questions
Phil Medeep:
Where can one buy replacement parts for the animal javelin cassette hub? Don't need a new driver but I would love to know when the time comes.
paranoidmexican:
I'd email Animal, they look like they would use odysey style drivers though
mrjimyjohn:
The axles seem to be readily available but not much else. Judging by the fact that it uses 1 spring I'd say it's probably an Oddy/Joytech driver.

according to my ghetto measuring tape, my V3 is around 49-50mm width at the bar clamping area of the "frame". note that the full width of the "frame" is about 50-51mm. there is a slight taper towards the handlebar clamping area.
the wedge that butts up against the bars are slightly shorter (or "narrower"), at around 47-48mm.
my assumption is that you're measuring because of custom narrow flatland style bars - with very careful filing you may be able to get up to an extra 1mm clearance on each side, although this will still likely affect the stem significantly
weedbix:
The frame is already pretty minimal
