Thomas031:
i have two sets of gold female bolts for shadow front hubs.

These;

I want to run them (pegless of course) on my female Kink Incite rearhub. It has a steel ht axle at 15mm i believe.

The original bolts have 30mm of thread.
The bolts i want to run have 20mm thread.

Will the hub be fine if i run these shorter but nicer bolts? I'm more concerned about the drive side than the non drive side, because well... the driver does nothing for the axle's integrity halfway down. But the original ones don't go that deep into the axle either.

The shorter bolt is taking about 13mm of thread. till about right under the driver's teeth.

"Let me know what you think"

No, really!
