What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

I put some new specialized roubaix tires on my fixed gear bike, having high tpi again is amazing
Wrecked:
I went full crack-head on one of my coaster shells.
I had Couch do some work to the insides and couldn't really hack the thought of all the grind damage.

Paint removed and setup on a ghetto jig
Mid way through. This is how shit gets done when you can't afford real tools.
Ta-dah! It took a few hours with a million different pieces of sandpaper and a nice shammy but it doesn't look beat to hell any more.
Like an idiot I'm half tempted to blast it was some matte black spray paint because I can't decide whether to use black or silver spokes with it.
