What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

Not today, but last night I put a 2.1 Path on the front and cromo Bluesix 3/8-14mm bolts on the rear of the 24" Dirt Bike. Hopefully the wheel stays in place tomorrow when I go to Ray's.
Dead End:
I put my Lincoln stem on last week. Bike feels awesome.

I rode it. Did a rocknroll-disaster-revert, if that is at all the correct terms for it. I was happy.

Put my Cervelo up for sale. It'll be a sad day to see that one go.
