if you keep getting flat's, wrap the inside of the tire with 2 or more layers of thick duct tape. It really works good, ran a bald khe street for a year like that with no flats at all and my driveway is about 500 meters long with a thorn bush next to it....good stuff

It seems to be more pinch flats than anything so I'm not sure duct is the answer.
