What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

Finally fixing some play in my front end, got a new (used) frame and the headtube must be a tiny bit shorter than my old frame so my forks bottom out on my compression bolt... but literally just enough to feel when I 180. So I bought a spacer and I'm putting that on, then going to ride on a nice sunny 35 degree day :)

Put some new grips yesterday on and rode until about 8 at night because it was 60 degrees.

Snapped my brand new Shadow pivotal. Slipped on a crankflip and snapped it in half. Bullshit. Random kid at the skatepark traded me his Animal nigel seat for it tho
