What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

need to raw my cranks and install my new stem bars and grips... fml

woke up to a flat tire, fixed it then somehow without riding my bike I got a goathead thorn in the tire and had to patch it again.
also my front tire has a slow leak, 70-to 40 overnight... think ill just ignore that one for now
also had to fix a fixie flat

Built up my new-to-me late-90s Norco Rampage. I can ride XC again!
couch:
Made some hubguards after breaking a ti spoke on a handrail. Should have made them a year ago.
