New headset and replaced the crappy plastic rim strips with wide cloth strips.
Piffery:
Threw on a linear cable and replaced my Tektro lever from 2003 with a Monolever.
Louis:
Friend finally bored out my Tree steel sprocket to within a thousandth of couch's recommendations, installed it to my Wombolts & rode, then oiled up the rawness of my frame.

snapped my fly cranks, new cranks coming up next week

went and got the mail
