both hands broken and a dislocated shoulder. ill know a lot more tomorrow.
my gf has been playing nurse for the past two days since im splinted up.
couldve been a lot worse. wearing a helmet and all. tore my jersey up and lost my glasses in all the hubbub but just thankful to be on this earth still.

I put a new tube in. So awesome to have full pressure the whole session. The replaced tube had 5 patches on it.

Do you reckon a higher rise bar would make it even better or does a top loader and another spacer under the stem give enough extra height for it to feel its best?

Um... I guess it depends on your height and how you like it to feel. Maybe try swapping to a top loader as it would be cheaper. But if you have some taller bars sitting around, that would work too.

It's all trial and error for your individual feel on the bike.
