What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

i was doing it on my left side(grind on my right) with my back foot. i'm going to wrap some plastic around my stay and keep giving them a go. i'll try switch foot tomorrow but i'm awful with anything switch or opposite.

Need to figure out a NEW CHEAP STRONG BRAKEFRiENDlY rim to lace to my animal cassette.

Pedal feebles: keep your weight on the front wheel and push down with the pedal. Works for both front and back pedal feebles. If you're doing them on non drive side, cranks and bottom brackets make them much easier

i'll bare that in mind. i'm going to cut up a plastic bottle and wrap it around my stays a couple of things and see what its like.

Pedal feebles for me are easier back foot, non drive side. Drop the pedal 45 degrees and weight slightly forward
