What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

Just laced up my straight pull cassette since my coaster shit the bed a night ago. Having it blow out over the holidays makes ordering replacement parts a drag, so backpedaling will have to do for now.

i had a lot of anxiety this morning and couldn't sit still while waiting around for an important phone call. i ended up taking off my ratchet/ribcage wheel to install a khe reverse freecoaster with a hoffman rim that i haven't used since buying it 2 years ago. also i just scored a new animal light 31t sprocket which will make my rear wheel slam with the 11t rear. now i'm just waiting on the temperatures to go up, and for some cash to buy a gold odyssey bluebird chain since my 1year old bluebird chain has been hitting some ledges real damn hard lately while trying new grindzzz. i also switched from a raw evo2 to a black evo2 brake in the rear since i'll be trying out some new pads and figured i might as well leave the brake pads on the raw evo2 arms since the threaded brake pad posts are 99% stripped and somehow holding in place after a delicate process of ghetto-rigging it. i scraped a small handful worth of wax that was stuck to my pegs/guards from waxing and breaking in and then rewaxing a few ledges downtown. much less anxious after everything went smoothly switching wheels and sprockets out. just gotta true the wheel, and have couch mod the axle for a thrust bearing when i get paid.
