What did you do to your bike today? (v2)

--- Quote from: Wrecked;3496900 ---I made an 11t cog/driver for my King hub. The stock lock-ring is designed to work with a 12t cog at the smallest so I had to turn it down. I don't have access to a lathe so... I built a ghetto jig to mount up on my drill press and used a file to take the material down.

you should find an 11t single speed specific cog for that.  the lock ring looks sweet!

rode it and didn't have to adjust my wheel for once

blueee:
straightend out my bars and pumped up slow leaks

DonKnotts:
Widened to 14mm and deepened my axle slots on my 04 ody flat fork so I could run this brand new 14mm 36 spoke Hoffman wheel I have had laying around for a year. Surprisingly, I didn't notice a weight difference. My front end finally feels solid again. It is amazing what a new front wheel does for the feel of a bike.

Thanks man. The lockring was fun. It's the first time I used my drill press as a lathe. I just rounded out the edges by hand after taking material off. It turned out alright.
No one makes an 11t singlespeed cog that I was able to find. 12t is the lowest.
I know I'm running on less material but I'm going to end up running a 3/32" chain on this bike anyway so it should be alright. I'm hoping this 11t cog won't be on there for too long...
