Noticed recently that I broke a gyro plate barrel adjuster. How the hell does that happen

Picked up a duo svs, put it on the front and moved the zepplin to the back.
Thank god I picked up some tyre levers aswell.

My seat looks like this now. I fixed up my brakes so they are nice and snappy, and fixed the 2nd flat in a week.
