Not the first owner, i traded my strands for these a while back and they were only a month old. Maybe they can do a crash replacement? I dunno about forks. I know this has happened to these more than usual. Maybe my lbs can deal with it.

Boomhauer:
Looked at it and wished I could just change my rear tyre and go ride it but I can't so I got a fuckin' beer instead.
