Thanks for all the input guys! They are very sturdy, they feel no different than if it was just on jack stands. Obviously you roll it carefully, not go balls to the wall and hope for the best. I don't even have the smoothest garage floor but it rolled with ease to the other side of the garage. Even rolled it over that crack without even noticing. Loving them. They will also double as a regular wheel dolly.
Putting it up onto the jacks was actually less sketchy as the other jack didn't want to tip over as I jacked the opposite side up, it would just roll across the floor in unison with the jack. Then I jacked up the whole rear at the same time and plopped them into place. Not worried at all.
