went to Rifle gear today to start the process of a Micro mac 11 in 9mm with a fake suppressor.. bought a tacsol M4 upper so i will shoot one of my ar's more often

Man, the best thing I could ever hope to own in my country is a .222 rifle and a single shot, 12 gauge shotgun. Lucky Americans.

Looks good! I was in Rifle Gear for about an hour today when I picked up my upper. Almost grabbed a .22 upper aswell!

I feel it would be a better option to just ask about what AR parts you need to build a whole one. I've looked through the riflegear site and my local site and I really can't grasp the whole. If you or Cory could give me a quick run down of how one is compiled I'd be excited to start planning.

You're looking to piece one together and choose all the components or just want something ready to go and doesn't matter specifics?

-magpull stock, grip, afg
-badger tac latch
-16 in r guns bbl
-ggg flip up rear sight
-Yankee hill rail and flip up front sight/gas block
-nickel boron vortex flash hider
-2 or 3 p mags

Shot it twice, 200 rounds total. No failures of any kind. Will shoot steel and run dry all day.

Would like to do FTF in IL but willing to ship to FFL holder, you pay your end I pay mine.

-Safety
-Stock
-Buffer tube
-Buffer and spring
-Magazine
-Pistol Grip
-Upper receiver
-Sights (A1/A2, or BUIS)
-Bolt carrier/bolt assembly
-Barrel/extension/locknut
-Handguards with lockring/rail setup
-Gas tube
-Front sight block
-Muzzle device (optional)

I think that's about it.

Some of the parts above are contained together in "kits", like a lower receiver kit will have everything to build a bare lower.

Honestly though, if you are just learning about AR's I'd buy a complete upper receiver and a complete lower receiver. You get pretty much the exact rifle you want, for a slightly cheaper price.
