Damn, those could pass for real no problem. Are they airsoft?

Yeah man, 6mm BB... When I've reassembled the working gear inside, it'll for a .2g BB at 400 feet per second, semi auto. For better accuracy, I use .4g BBs though...

That EBR should have run me about a grand, but I got a sweet deal at £150.

Sweet Eotech dude!

Clueless about guns... Question about guns. Is it cool to carry a weapon in public thats cocked or whatever? Even if the safetys on?

Depends on local, mostly state laws, on carrying guns.  Most states have some sort of concealed carry.

Cocked and locked completely depends on what kind of gun you are carrying.  Only handgun I wouldn't carry "cocked" is a double action revolver.

Open carry (someone else can see it) is legal in most states, but people freak out in urban areas so it's not recommended.  Check your local laws.

Concealed carry (nobody can see it) is legal in almost all states with a permit, and some states without a permit.  Again, check your local laws.

Like Bird said, carry condition isn't a legal matter but a safety matter.  All guns are designed to be carried with a round chambered, but the safeties/cocked or not depend on the individual gun.

I've never handled the M&P 40 3.5" but the full size one I shot was pretty nice.  I do own a 4.5" M&P .45 though and it's been a great gun.
