notice the DI gas tubes are running from one BCG to the other FGB. when the (lower) upper fires it causes the other to chamber a round. when that fires it will repeat the cycle over and over. only because the DI gas tubes are switched to to FSB and BCG it will work.
I dont know how efficient it work though.

That's exactly how I was looking at it haha. The only thing I don't understand is how would the bottom trigger cause the upper to fire? I couldn't see the gas releasing the upper trigger.

the top upper is probably on a slam fire setup. ( full auto with a closed trigger )
I think its rad that because of the FSB and the BCG DI tubes being crossed it will cause them to each cycle one after another.
