Please head over to Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Server Settings and Optimization Options, and set Safe Mode Upload Enabled to "Yes", and set Safe Mode Temporary Directory to a directory that works (If you're unsure what directory you can use for this, please check with your hosting provider or server administrator as this is different per server).
Also make sure your attachment storage type is set to use database instead of file system.

Safemode was disabled
For some reason the latest update to Plesk and the forum software are having conflicts. Which is fine. The host and I are having a conflict as well.
