Can't upload files

I know I haven't filled my quota, I upgraded to Premium and I still can't upload files.

It just simply tells me, "Uploading of file: whatever.jpg has failed" or something.

Check, sometimes it says it failed but did work.

Mine also does this and has for a long time now. Since the last time I posted that it doesn't work, actually.
