You can give and take rep as you please.
HOWEVER!
Try and keep the swearing down in the comments as you never know how old the person is you are repping.

Lets say I have 50 points and I choose to give positive rep to someone. Do they get the 50 points and mine returns to 0 again? Or does it always stay at 50?
