that's stupid. i think something should be done about it.

I'd have thought the fact you have to wait for 20 seconds (or is it 40?) between searches would've been more annoying?  Certainly ****s me off ;)

That is done to save the server from being brought down by it.
The search is very hard on a server.

Ah, fair enough.  Thanks for the info, I'd always wondered why you'd want to restrict searches.
