even if they don't turn up you have rights man. he's made an agreement to sell you the cranks for x amount of money. if they don't turn up within the date he said you would get them you can fine a small claims thingy thru the courts. i doubt it'll get to that but you shouldn't be giving up that easily seeing as it's your money and he has made a deal with you.

stewart and flybiker you will both get wheels, i had 2 wheels, i first sold 1 to scott__g who never paid me and i got it back off him after months of him fucking me about with the money and hes a dodgey cunt, but whilst he had one wheel i bought another with same setup cause i liked the setup, sold them both because i've gone back to cassette
i also have proof of both wheels being posted
